You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any system connected to it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.
We make every effort to show our garments accurately on the Site, but actual color, drape, and fit may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of small-batch production. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of order. If your card is declined or we cannot verify your billing information, we may cancel the order.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (including by tagging us on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our business, with credit when reasonable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evelyn & Iris's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evelyn & Iris and its owners from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Walker County, Alabama.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will change, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
