All U.S. orders ship from our studio in Nauvoo, Alabama within 1–2 business days. We use UPS Ground for standard shipping (3–5 business days) and UPS 2-Day Air for expedited orders.
Tracking information is emailed automatically when the label is created. A signature is required on orders over $400.
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no additional fees on delivery.
Orders placed before 11 AM CT on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, ship the next business day.
If your tracking has not updated in five business days, please email general@ei-ls.com. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is genuinely lost, send you a replacement at our cost.
Nauvoo-area customers can choose free local pickup at the studio at 61 Victoria Rd, Nauvoo, AL 35578. We'll email when your order is ready.
